Stained Glass of the Santa Maria del Fiore, Firenze

The Santa Maria del Fiore possesses forty-four 14th and 15th century stained glass windows. The windows in the aisles and transept, such as the one shown above, portray various saints and prophets whereas the windows in the cupola and above the central portal depict Christ in His Glory with the Virgin Mary.
