Hexagonal Panels on Giottos' Belltower

The first level of the tower is decorated with a series of hexagonal panels which portray scenes from the book of Genesis and depict various mechanical and creative arts. The panels shown here on the east side of the tower illustrate the practice of agriculture, the art of holding festivals, and the skill of the architect.
